Michelle provided us with an amazing experience from start to finish. She was always available, incredibly responsive, and handled everything quickly and efficiently. She genuinely cared about us and made us feel comfortable throughout the entire process, knowing she truly wanted what was best for us. Her extensive knowledge of not only the home-buying process, but every aspect of a home, was invaluable. On top of that, her personable and likable personality made communication and negotiations feel seamless and helped us get the quick, efficient answers and results we needed. We couldn’t have asked for a better experience and would highly recommend Michelle to anyone looking to buy or sell a home!

Michelle was always there to answer any questions we had no matter how small, or how late into the night we got ahold of her after working late. Her knowledge on the market and really the whole process made us feel very comfortable throughout.

Michelle was available at all times of the day, which helped with us being on closing shifts. Any question no matter how silly & stupid she answered it and made sure we understood what she was saying. I felt VERY protected. Anytime I was concerned I went to her and it was like a weight being lifted off your chest. The way she explained escalation clause and how to negotiate in general helped us make an offer because we wouldn’t have known where to even start with numbers and offers. Michelle went above and beyond for us. I will always remember that.

Firestone Park in Akron is a great place to grow up! There is even a saying that “you can take the girl out of the Park, but you can’t take the Park out of the girl. The number one realtor of course is Milan Salchak, with a wonderful partner, Michelle Sanders (Park girl, of course). After 61 years of creating a beautiful, loving home with such care, Milan was the only person my mom would trust to sell her home. Milan has more than 50 years of experience, and many stories to share. Milan and Michelle are so patient and attuned to the emotional rollercoaster of coming to this monumental decision. They are caring and careful in allowing an 86 year old to come to her own decisions, especially when “her seven children” seem to make all of the decisions for her, and they wanted to give her the chance as her mind is completely intact. While money could definitely have been a major factor for the pristine condition of the home she cared for, they understood the emotional transition and made it much easier for her to commit to her very own wishes. Milan and Michelle, we are all grateful for your patience, commitment to my Mom, and assistance through this transition. YOU ARE THE BEST!

Michelle was amazing to work with! She is very communicative and she makes herself always available! I went into this with no idea what to do & with so much anxiety. Michelle was truly amazing, she reassured me, calmed all anxiety, answered any & all questions in detail, most questions she answered before could even ask! She warned me about issues with quiet a few houses that wouldn't work for me before we wasted our time (we still went to a few... she was always correct). Always professional.
